Easy Creamy Miso Ramen Bowls
Creamy Miso Ramen Bowls make a quick and nourishing mid-week meal that warms you up from the inside. I feel silly calling this a recipe because it’s so easy to make, so let’s call this a HOW-TO instead!
Made with ingredients you probably have in your pantry + freezer right now, these come together in minutes. Use gluten free ramen for a naturally gluten free bowl if desired. Now let’s get bowling…
Creamy Miso Ramen Bowl How-To:
Ingredients:
1/2 Tablespoon miso paste
1 Tablespoon raw tahini
1 cake ramen noodles
1/2 cup cooked edamame
Water
Boil water and cook ramen according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and set aside. While ramen cooks thaw or steam edamame. Set aside.
Add a 1/4 cup almost boiling water to a dinner bowl and add miso and tahini. Whisk well. Pour remaining 3/4 cup of hot water to the bowl and whisk again. Add ramen and edamame. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and red chili flakes.
