Double Chocolate Vegan Almond Flour Cookies
Double Chocolate Soft Baked Almond Flour Cookies. This week I made another batch of our favorite Soft Baked Almond Flour Cookies, but this time DOUBLE CHOCOLATE. These healthier vegan cookies hit the spot every time a chocolate craving hits. Naturally gluten, dairy and egg free, these are super allergy friendly as well! RECIPE for Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoon almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl stir together almond flour, chocolate chips, baking soda, sugar and sea salt. In a small bowl, added melted coconut oil, baking powder, almond milk or water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined and then fold into dry ingredients. Scoop rounded tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheet. Press lightly to flatten.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
