Fresh Mango Salsa Soft Tacos
IMG_0472.jpeg

5-Ingredient Fresh Mango Salsa for all of my fellow mango lovers out there! This easy homemade salsa takes boring weeknight tacos and makes them taste fresh and gourmet. It’s like eating a restaurant meal at home! With only 5 ingredients, you can throw this salsa together while you heat your tortillas and assemble your tacos.

Can’t find a fresh mango? No problem. Of course this tastes great with a fresh juicy mango (and a cold frozen margarita), but the truth is you can make this salsa with frozen mango too, so don’t worry if it’s the middle of the winter where you are, or fresh mangoes are extra pricey this week. The red onion + jalapeño + lime + cilantro will make even frozen mango into something special. Serve on your favorite tacos like I did here, or with chips and guacamole. Mmmmm…
